About The Project
This backyard in Easton, Massachusetts was designed for all-day use with a paver pool patio, a built-in Breeo smokeless fire pit, a seating wall, and integrated lighting for safe evenings outside. New steps and a walkway connect the house to the terrace, and an adjacent paver basketball court adds a dedicated recreation zone the whole family can use.
Project Elements
Patio, Steps, Walkway and Paver Court
The patio, steps, walkway, and basketball court share a properly excavated, compacted stone base and are graded for positive drainage. A contrasting border frames the terrace and court to guide movement and define the play area. The court is sized for comfortable shooting and practice, with a smooth, even paver surface for consistent footing.
Breeo Fire Pit Integration
The Breeo smokeless fire pit is installed within the patio layout with correct clearances and heat-safe surrounds. The placement creates a natural gathering spot without interrupting traffic flow.
Seating Wall, Caps and Lighting
A masonry seating wall frames the lounge zone and adds built-in seating. Smooth stone caps provide a comfortable finish, and integrated low-voltage lighting highlights steps and wall faces for evening safety and ambience.
