Craftsmanship, Details and Materials
Porcelain Patio and Outdoor Kitchen: The backyard centers on a premium porcelain paver patio paired with a built-in kitchen featuring durable counter space and a Lynx stainless BBQ grill. Porcelain’s advantages make it a high-end choice outdoors: very low water absorption for freeze–thaw durability, stain and scratch resistance for everyday spills and furniture, UV-stable color that won’t fade, slip-resistant textures for safer wet areas, and low maintenance without routine sealing. Clear working zones keep cooking, serving, and seating comfortable for daily use and entertaining.
Walkways, Steps and Lighting: Even, well-lit steps connect doors to the patio and driveway. Low-voltage fixtures at transitions and seating areas improve nighttime visibility without glare.
Retaining Walls and Seating Walls: Retaining walls manage grade changes and protect edges with a compacted base, proper drainage, and clean cap details. Matching seating walls frame gathering areas and add comfortable overflow seating, with integrated lighting to define the space after dark.
Paver Driveway: The driveway uses a traffic-rated paver system with a compacted base and edge restraint for long-term performance. A subtle border defines the apron and ties the front entrance to the backyard palette.
