Framing the space are seating walls capped in blue mist granite, using Unilock Westport pavers in Steel Mountain with a charcoal border for contrast. Fireplace and Seating Walls: The Moda fireplace in Unilock Lineo, Limestone establishes the focal point. Seating walls capped in blue mist granite provide durable seating with a smooth, comfortable edge and consistent overhangs. Joints are set tight for a clean, finished look.

Patio and Border: The patio uses Unilock Westport, Steel Mountain for a refined texture underfoot. A charcoal border frames the layout and visually separates the lounge and circulation zones. Subgrade, base compaction, and grading are built for long-term performance and proper drainage.

Stair and Elevation Tie-ins: A stair in Lineo with a blue mist granite tread connects levels and repeats materials from the fireplace and walls for continuity.

Entertainment Features: A built-in bar with a liquor shelf and a mounted TV extend the room’s function, turning the patio into a true outdoor living area for everyday use and entertaining.
